We were simply bored of the same old hot sauce.

 

As we got older, even the hot stuff tasted less hot. My wife decided we needed hotter sauce, but even the hottest sauce we could find was, well hotter, but lacked any range of flavor enhancement to what we were eating.

 

So we began to experiment, adding, subtracting and augmenting until we had something that we loved. It has flavor, brings the heat, but it doesn't burn your tongue or make you sick.

 

Enter Dirk's Original Hot Sauce.

And who is Dirk?

This is Dirk, the 18 year old Blue Heeler namesake of Dirk Sauce.  He passed in July of 2019 but his legacy will live on in the people he affected and the impression he left. Our goal is the same with this hot sauce.
